Deivė (The Goddess in Lithuanian) is a work that reflects the soft lines and curves of the female figure in its shape, symbolizing the divine femininity, guided by the energies of the Moon and Mother Earth. The vivid silhouette of the vase, firmly grounded in the clay element, is revealed in the organic form and its graceful movement. The combination of black clay and moss glaze conveys the primal nature of the feminine, rooted in the Earth, eternaly dancing in the lunar cycles. This piece is an ode to the sacred archetype of the giver, the nurturer, the wild spirit and the keeper of magical knowledge - woman.

This one-of-a-kind piece is entirely handbuilt & handcrafted. The surface is kept raw, unglazed, leaving the natural texture of rough chamotte clay sensible. Glazed inside with moss matt glaze. High-fired at 1200°C. Suitable for water storage.
