Žvaigždė
Tarot series
The Tarot series vases are inspired by the mythology and symbols of the Major Arcana of Tarot cards. The designs of these pieces are influenced by the style of Ancient Greek vases, creating an original synthesis between the classical shapes and the modern interpretation of mysticism.
Žvaigždė (Lithuanian for The Star) is the calm after the storm. A long-awaited return to one's core essence, stripping back any limiting beliefs, facades or deceptions. It's the opportunity to grow like never before, to create with the truest heart, all this - because of the hope that blessed the way, like a star in the sky, through the night of destructive challenges.
This one of a kind ceramic piece is entirely handbuilt & handcrafted. The surface is kept raw, unglazed, leaving the natural texture of rough chamotte clay sensible. Glazed inside. High-fired at 1200°C. Suitable for placing dried flora. Not recommended for water storage.

⋆ The lower price on the item is due to crack marks on one of the handles. Thanks to the clay texture and the placement, this defect is almost invisible to the eye and has no effect on functionality of the work. For more information, please contact the artist personally.
